All projects start with a free consult, followed by a custom proposal and contract. A deposit is required before painting begins, and payment plans are available as long as the balance is paid in full by completion.

how it works

Every project begins with a free consultation and concept discussion. From there:

  1. I’ll provide a written project proposal outlining the design, pricing, and scope.

  2. Once approved and signed, I begin the design process and invoicing.

  3. A deposit (typically ~20%) is due at the time of contract signing.

  4. Custom payment plans are available — as long as the balance is paid in full upon mural completion.

pricing

Wall Murals

Pricing ranges from $7 to $12 per square foot, depending on design complexity and coverage:

  • Highly detailed, full-wall coverage murals are priced at the higher end (like my recent library installation).

  • More minimal or stylized pieces fall on the lower end of the scale.
    Each mural is designed uniquely to fit your space and vision — perfect for interior walls, business spaces, or community corners that need a creative spark.

Window Murals

These temporary designs are priced at $6 per square foot and are a great option for businesses wanting to refresh their storefronts throughout the year. On average, window murals last about a year if left undisturbed — but many clients opt for seasonal or quarterly updates.

  • One-time design: Your first window mural is offered at a discounted labor rate (materials are priced separately based on your specific project).

  • Ongoing packages: For repeat clients, I offer biannual and quarterly packages at a discounted rate. Paint and supply fees still apply, but I always aim to keep costs low by using what I have on hand first.
