Custom art

Although I mostly specialize in acrylic and watercolor painting, I love to dabble in all sorts of other mediums and subjects.

I’ve done graphite work, custom canvas shoes, pet portraits, resin work and more. I’m very ambitious about trying new things with my work, so if you have a request for something I haven’t done before, I’m still happy to give it a try.

Pricing for this kind of work varies project to project, so please utilize the contact tab to inquire about your project.

HOW IT WORKS

All I require from you to get started on your custom painting is a reference image (if applicable), a due date, and your desired painting size. I offer sizes 8”x10” all the way up to 48”x72”. For sizes above 16”x20” I ask for 1 week to obtain the correct canvas size as I often have to travel out of town to do so.

PRICING for your quote includes tax, but does not include SHIPPING & handling (if applicable)

I ask that you give me at least a 2 week minimum working period as the amount of custom commissions I have each week varies (time may be extended if painting is larger than 16”x20”). If you need your painting to be completed sooner than a 2 week period, I charge a $50 rush fee to push your commission to the front of the line.

Pricing for custom artwork varies by size and project. Please feel free to reach out via the contact tab for a free consultation and quote about your project!

image resolution

THE QUALITY OF YOUR REFERENCE IMAGE IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT

If your custom commission requires a reference photo, it’s imperative that the photo is of good quality. Images with low resolution or taken on a phone can make it difficult to see the details of a subject and therefore can effect the accuracy of your end result.

If you are unsure of the resolution of your image or if you cannot obtain a high resolution photo, send me a message on the contact page. I’m happy to give you a free consultation and we can talk about options for your commission.

A GREAT REFERENCE LEADS TO A GREAT PAINTING!
